Merrill Lynch GPI and its project development partner Krea Real Estate established Bosphorus Real Estate Fund, which did its first investment in Turkey with Neoplus Outlet Center. Eskişehir 's first shopping center Neoplus Outlet Center has been purchased for 94 million dollars and open to public in April 1 2007.

Neoplus Outlet Center has an average of 6 million visitors annually. This project had been purchased by Bosphorus Real Estate Fund which has been incorporated the participation of Merrill Lynch's GPI Group and Krea Real Estate and managed by Reval (Retail Value), one of the subsidiaries of Krea Group.

Neoplus Outlet Center had won 'The Best Christmas Concept Design Award" in Turkey with its Blue Night concept., given by Euromoney Magazine in January 2008.
